A Google search of "diet plan" returns 43,900,000 results.  Thankfully, most of these results (we didn't review all 43 million) aren't what we have in mind when we suggest having a plan.  Simply preparing a grocery list before stepping foot in the market, doing some advance food prep, and balancing food-filled social events with the rest of your meal plan for the week will go a long ways towards being a mindful, healthy, happy eater.


Participants must provide a signed waiver prior to participating in class.  A separate waiver is required for each class format.
