Just Eat Real Food
Food has been replaced by nutrients, and common sense by confusion. Most of what we consume today is no longer the product of nature but of a laboratory. This week’s challenge is to enjoy the food you eat, but make sure that it is food that you’re eating! Our goal is to avoid products containing ingredients that our great-grandmother wouldn’t recognize, and perhaps your great grandma is uber-hip, but ours wouldn’t recognize high fructose corn syrup as a food.
