Michael Pollan, author of In Defense of Food, states “The more we worry about nutrition, the less healthy we seem to become.” What if we replaced all of the counting and calculating with thoughtful food choices that will enrich our lives, improve our health, and bring pleasure back to eating? And so we start with the simple idea of Stop Obsessing. Let go of the need to count it all, and focus on finding the Joy of Eating once again.
